• Customer will receive an email address that they can use to email our technicians with questions regarding their computer. For example, if you do not know how to do something in Microsoft Word, send us an email and we will do our best to assist you, free of charge.

• Customer will have the comfort of knowing that we make their problem our problem. When an issue arrives and your machine needs to be repaired, give us a call or just stop by and you will be placed at the TOP of our "to do list." We will get to work on your repair right away and in MOST cases, systems will be retured the same business day (depending on the time of check-in).
